How to make puries, Black lentils puries HEALTHY FOOD



How to make puries, Black lentils - When you want to taste the crispiest of crisp puris, black udad dal puri is the best choice. Udad Dal puri is traditional and authentic, Uttar Pradesh, Bihar and south Gujarat recipe made during Dussehra/Dasara and kali choudas day in our home.

Ingredients:

Black udad dal ( LENTIL ) ground - 150 grams
Oil - 2 tablespoon
Salt - according to taste
Water - half cup


recipe:


1) Firstly, put two tablespoon flour into another plate for using to roll out puries later on.

2) Then mix 2 tablespoon oil into flour. 

3) Put salt according to taste and water to make dough.

4) Put small amount of water and keep mixing it.

5 )Then, make small pieces and press them and roll out onto wooden board.

6) Finally, fry into hot oil.

Enjoy the taste!!!!!
