How to make Mix Chevda / Makai Poha / Murmura Chevda Recipe 





How to make Mix Chevda / Makai/ Poha / Murmura Chevda - Tea time or any time…. chevda is the perfect fit in Indian snacks. This is famous tea time snacks and you can have it or serve it in any occasion.  Simple but very delicious for your everyday breakfast munch with Indian tea. Chevdo is also known as Chivda , a delicious and crunchy sweet and spicy roasted rice flakes combined with roasted dry fruits to make it. Chevda a quick and easy making food. The best part of this recipe is that it is super quick and so easy for beginners and bachelors.

Ingredients:
   
Murmura - 100 grams
Poha - 50 grams
Makai poha - 30 grams
Peanuts - 10 grams
Kadhi patta or neem leaves - 6
Salt - according to taste
Sugar - 1 teaspoon
turmeric powder - 1 teaspoon
Red chilli powder - half teaspoon
Hing - half teaspoon (1 pinch)
Oil - 250ml

Recipe:

1) Heat oil on low flame.

2) Fry Makai Poha in there.

3) Fry Poha and peanuts in there.

4) Get another frying pan and heat 1 tbsp oil.

5) Put pinch of hing, kadhi patta, murmura, salt and sugar.

6) Put Makai Poha and Poha in there.

7) Add chilli powder and turmeric powder for taste and colour.

8) Mix it well on low heat for one minute.

9) That's it, enjoy your chevdo with some tea at breakfast.
