- Lemongrass stalks - 2 to 4
- Fresh mint leaves - 8 to 10
- Fresh ginger - Half inch
- Carom seeds (Ajwain) - Half tablespoon
- Salt - Half teaspoon
- Water - 1 and half cups
Method:
* Take a pan and boil water.
* Add lemongrass stalks, mint leaves, ajwain, salt and ginger.
* Boil it for 8 minutes.
