Healthy Chicken Soup With Mix Vegetables - Chicken Soup with Mixed Vegetables is a delicious Continental recipe serves as a Soups-Stews. A light (and extremely easy) homemade version of the traditional chicken noodle soup. Added some mixed vegetables and potato for extra nutrients. Today, I whipped up a nutritious and super simple mixed vegetables and chicken pasta soup for lunch and the kids love it so much. This chicken and vegetable soup is not only mouth wateringly beautiful but super healthy and easy to make too. Healthy Chicken Soup With Mix Vegetables. Ingredients:

  • Boneless chicken - 50 g
  • Tomato (big) - 1 ( chopped )
  • Onion (big) - 1 ( chopped )
  • Ghee - 1 Tablespoon
  • Garlic cloves - 5 ( chopped )
  • Salt - 1 and half teaspoon 


VEGETABLES:

  • Gourd (dudhi) - Half (chopped)
  • Carrot - Half (chopped)
  • Potato ( small ) - 1 (chopped)
  • Spinach - 3 leaves (chopped)
  • Coriander leaves - for garnishing
  • Cabbage - Few leaves (chopped)
  • Broccoli - 3 flowers  (cut into big pieces)
  • Maggi cube - 1
  • Italian pasta - 25 grams
  • Spaghetti - 5 strips
  • Water - 1 jug (1 litre)


DRY SPICES:

  • Cloves - 8 to 10
  • Star anise - 2 
  • Cinnamon stick - 1
  • Bay leaf - 1
  • Black peppercorns - 5


RECIPE:

* Take a pan and add ghee in it on medium flame.
* Add dry spices, chopped garlic, onion, tomato and fry it for 2 minutes.
* After 2 minutes, add all vegetables in it.
* Add one jug water in it.
* Add one and half teaspoon salt and maggi cube in it as maggi cube is already salty.
* Add pasta and chicken in it.
* Mix it well.
* Cover the pan and cook it for half an hour.
* After half and hour , soup is ready to serve.
* Garnish it with coriander leaves.
* Enjoy the healthy chicken soup.
