Ingredients:
- Sugar - 50 grams
- Ghee - 2 tablespoon
- Small rice ( ponny rice ) - 150 grams
- Elaichi and dry fruits - according to taste
- Milk - 1 cup
- Water - 1 cup
Recipe:
1) Get medium size pot to boil water, when it is boiled add washed rice in it and cook it for 15 minutes.
2)When it is half cooked, add milk, sugar and dry fruits.
3) Cook it for 10 minutes.
4) If you wish to cook very soft kheer, add half more cup of milk and cook it on medium flame.
5) At last, add 2 tablespoon ghee and elaichi powder and mix it well. Garnish with dry fruits.
6) Now your kheer is ready to serve.
