Ingredients;
- Lal choli (Adzuki beans) - 25 grams
- Rice (Small size) - 150 grams
- Butter - 2 tablespoon
- Salt - according to taste
- Water - 1 and half glass
Recipe:
1) First of all, Boil lal choli in pressure cooker till 2 whistles for half cook. Now get medium pot to make khichadi. Put ghee (butter), washed rice, water, boiled choli and salt according to taste.
2) If you want much softer khichadi, you can add half cup more water in it. cook it till 15 minutes.
3) After 15 minutes, mix it well and keep cooking on medium flame for more 15 minutes.
4) Now, your khichadi is ready to serve. You can get it at any time.
