Vegetable Hakka Noodles / Chinese Hakka Noodles - Vegetable Hakka noodles are more commonly known as Vegetable Chow Mein. This is a popular Indo-Chinese dish. When we get hungry, the one thing that gets into our mind is Noodles. That is what exactly I have presented the recipe in indo Chinese style. Vegetable noodles is a very popular Indo Chinese dish. I don't think there will be anyone who does not like noodles. This noodle recipe is very easy to make and popular among kids and adults as well as elders. Hakka noodles are something that can make even full grown adults feel like kids and you don't need to go to the Chinese restaurant to satisfy your noodle. This quick and easy recipe is to make Chinese noodle dish perfect as a snack or main course and for hosting great parties. In its typical preparation, you can even use whole wheat noodles to make it even more healthier. Today we will learn how to make Mixed Vegetable Hakka Noodles following Spicy and delicious Indo-Chinese recipe.  You can give smoke to the stir fry at home by hot charcoal if you wish. So let’s cook that.

Ingredients:

  • Noodles - 175 g
  • Soya sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Vinegar - 1 and half teaspoon
  • Chilli sauce - 1 tablespoon
  • Sesame oil - 2 tablespoon 
  • Salt to taste
Vegetables:
  • Onion - 1 ( sliced cut )
  • Capsicum - Half 
  • Carrot - Half
  • Ginger - Half inch
  • Garlic - 1 Clove
  • Green Chilli - 1
  • Coriander and spring onion - for garnishing
  • water - 1 litre 
( Vegetables Cut into small sliced )

Recipe:


* Take a pan and boil half litre water.
* Add noodles in it and boil it for 10 minutes.
* Add 1 tablespoon oil and half teaspoon salt in it.
* Cover the pan.
* After 10 minutes, noodles is cooked.
* Drain the noodles into strainer.
* Pour half litre cold water and oil on noodles to separate noodles.
* Take a large saucepan and add sesame oil on medium flame.
* When oil is heated, add chopped garlic, ginger and all the vegetables in it.
* Now add vinegar and only half teaspoon salt ( as soya sauce is already salty ).
* Add boiled noodles, chilli sauce and soya sauce and mix it well.
* Add coriander and spring onion in it.
* Garnish with coriander and spring onion.
* Delicious noodles is ready.
