Watermelon Juice Recipe / How To Make Watermelon Juice At Home - Refreshing and tangy, this slightly flavoured juice will keep you happily hydrates on hot summer days. Watermelon juice is one of the best thirst quenchers and can be an instant remedy to sunstroke or heat during summer. Watermelon has many benefits and it can protect skin, heart, kidneys and overall health. Watermelon juice can be made in a blender or a juicer whatever you have. Here, I have presented watermelon juice with step by step process.
**Watermelon juice**
- Prep time - 10 mins
- Course - Beverages
- Servings - 3 glasses
Ingredients:
- Chilled watermelon - 7 slices
- Rooh afza - 4 tbsp
- Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
- Black salt - 1/4 tsp
- Crushed ice - 1 bowl
Method:
1) Prepare ingredients.
2) Cut watermelon, make slices, cut outer layer and remove seeds.
3) Cut into small pieces.
4) Add the watermelon pieces to a blender jar and blend till smooth.
5) Add lemon juice, rooh afza, and black slat and mix it well.
6) Pour into a glass and add crushed ice and mix it.
* For making juice
Tip - 1 Always buy red and sweet watermelon.
Tip - 2 Serve watermelon juice immediately.
