Mungfali Ki Burfi | Mungfali Burfi Recipe | Peanuts Burfi Recipe -Peanuts Burfi is a delicious Indian sweet that is made from peanuts. Peanuts Burfi is a traditional Gujarati sweet. **Mungfali Ki Burfi**

Ingredients:
- Sugar-300 g
- Peanut - 500 g
- Cardamom powder - 1 tsp
- Mix dry fruits - 3 tbsp
- Ghee (Clarified butter) - 5 tbsp
Method:
1) Prepare ingredients.
2) In a pan/kadhai, roast the peanuts on medium flame and roast till it becomes light brown.
3) Turn off the flame and take it out into a Thali, let it cool down and remove the skin, for easy peeling, rub it.
4) Add roasted peanut into the grinder jar and grind into coarsely paste.
5) Add ghee into the same pan, add crushed peanuts and roast for a minute.
6) Add mix dry fruits and roast for a minute.
7) For making sugar syrup, add 1 cup sugar and 1/4 cup water.
8) Boil it for 8 minutes or till the sugar melts completely and syrup becomes stringy of one thread consistency.
9) Add sugar syrup in the roasted peanut paste and add elaichi powder.
10) Mix it for 3 minutes on low flame.
11) Keep stirring until the peanut burfi mixture comes away from the sides of the pan.
12) Take it out into the Thali and press it and cut it into the small square.
13) Allow the peanut burfi to rest in the tray and cool completely, it takes 6-8 hours to cool and firm.
14) Serve peanut burfi as a dessert or during the festivals like Diwali and Holi.
